1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LinkTrack platform ("Service"), operated by Berkay Şimşek ("LinkTrack", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LinkTrack is a CRM platform for professionals who work on LinkedIn that provides lead management, follow-up prioritization (Smart Follow), pipeline tracking, and team collaboration tools through a web application and Chrome browser extension.
3. Account Registration
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in US Dollars (USD) and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles payments, applicable taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Team plan pricing is per seat. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued for the remaining period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service itself; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) share your account credentials with others.
6. LinkedIn Compliance
LinkTrack is designed to comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. The Chrome extension reads only the text shown on LinkedIn profile pages that you open yourself, and sends details to LinkTrack only when you click. It does not intercept LinkedIn API responses, send requests to LinkedIn or take any action on your behalf. On LinkedIn pages it adds only its own button for opening the LinkTrack panel (and, when needed, a short notice); it does not change LinkedIn's content. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the extension complies with LinkedIn's current policies. We are not liable for any actions taken by LinkedIn against your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and their compilation — are the exclusive property of LinkTrack and are protected by international copyright laws. The LinkTrack name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of LinkTrack.
8. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (leads, notes, categories, etc.). We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export your data at any time through the Service's export functionality.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall LinkTrack be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
