  • No credits

Saving a LinkedIn profile never uses up a monthly allowance. On paid plans you can save as many people as you need.

  • The CRM is included

You do not need HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. Your pipeline, notes and reminders live in LinkTrack.

  • Half the starting price

$24 a month on monthly billing, against $49 per user for Surfe Essential. There is a free plan for 25 contacts, no credit card.

A CRM, not a bridge to one

Surfe is built to sit between LinkedIn and a CRM you already pay for. That works well if your team lives in HubSpot or Salesforce. Many recruiters and small sales teams do not have a CRM at all, and they keep LinkedIn contacts in a spreadsheet.

LinkTrack is the CRM. You open a LinkedIn profile, click "Get details" in the Chrome extension, and name, title, company, experience and education are filled in. One more click saves the person to your pipeline. There is nothing else to set up or pay for.

No credits to run out of

Credit-based tools charge for each lookup, so the bill grows with your activity and the allowance runs out at the end of the month. LinkTrack does not look up email addresses, so it has no credits. On paid plans there is no limit on how many profiles you save.

If you need email finding as well, you can pair LinkTrack with a dedicated finder and add the details to the contact yourself.

Follow-ups are the product

Finding the right person is half the job. The other half is getting back to them on time. LinkTrack puts follow-up reminders and a pipeline board next to every saved profile.

Smart Follow looks at your whole pipeline and lists who has gone quiet: no contact for two weeks, a candidate stuck in the same stage, someone saved but never contacted. You get reminders by email, in your browser and through the Chrome extension.

Nothing runs on your LinkedIn account

The extension never sends messages or connection requests and never browses LinkedIn on its own. It reads only the profile you open, and saves it only when you click.

Frequently asked questions

Is LinkTrack a good Surfe alternative if I don't have a CRM?

Yes. That is the main difference: LinkTrack is the CRM, so you do not need HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive to keep your LinkedIn contacts, notes and follow-ups in one place.

Does LinkTrack use credits?

No. LinkTrack does not look up email addresses, so there are no credits. On paid plans you can save as many LinkedIn profiles as you need.

Can I bring my contacts over?

Yes. You can import a CSV or Excel file on the Individual and Team plans, and the same LinkedIn profile is not added twice. Export to CSV or Excel is available on the same plans.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes 25 contacts and 5 active reminders, with no credit card required.

Does LinkTrack automate anything on LinkedIn?

No. It never sends messages or connection requests and does not browse LinkedIn on its own. It saves only the profile you open, when you click.
